Have you ever walked through a grocery store and had and employee approaches you with a smile and asks if you need help finding anything? or When you get to the checkout stand and the checker doesn't make eye contact while checking your grocery’s and their only comment is how much it costs? I have. I will be more likely to have a better experience and keep coming back to that grocery store if I have an interaction with an employee who has a positive influence on me. Even if the prices in that store are more expensive.
When patients walk into your office and they have a positive response from you and your staff, then they will most certainly be more likely to continue to come back.
A positive attitude is something that needs to practiced, EVERYDAY! Make it a point to wake up each day and decide that you are going to be positive and see where it takes you. You'll be surprised the difference you can make in the lives around you and the success you can bring to your practice.
